◈ AimRPG

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

By signing in and playing AimRPG ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. The Game is in beta, online-only, and provided free of charge. If you do not agree, do not play.

Section 1

Accounts

  • You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for your Discord account's security.
  • One person, one account. Don't share, sell, or transfer accounts. Operating multiple accounts (alts/smurfs) to evade limits, bans, or leaderboard rules is not allowed.
  • You may optionally link a Steam account (for example to display aim-training benchmark ranks). You must own the account you link, and we may unlink it or remove linked data at any time.
  • You must meet the minimum age in the Privacy Policy (13+, or 16+ where required in the EU).
Section 2

Beta status

The Game is under active development. Features, balance, progression, and your save data may change, reset, or be wiped at any time, especially during beta. We provide the Game "AS IS" with no guarantee of availability, and may suspend or end the service or your access at any time.

Section 3

Fair play / anti-cheat

You agree not to:

  • modify the client, memory, network traffic, or timing to gain an advantage (aimbots, triggerbots, speed/time hacks, packet manipulation, fabricated runs/replays);
  • automate gameplay or submit scores/rewards not earned by legitimately playing;
  • exploit bugs for unfair gain instead of reporting them;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, keys, protocols, or inner workings of the Game or its security/anti-cheat components, by any means;
  • circumvent, disable, tamper with, probe, or interfere with any protection, integrity, encryption, obfuscation, or anti-cheat measure, or extract, copy, or reuse the Game's code, assets, keys, or protocols;
  • build, distribute, host, or use tools, cheats, or trainers that do any of the above.

Reverse engineering and tampering are strictly prohibited. They are a material breach of these Terms and are also illegal under applicable computer-misuse, anti-circumvention, and copyright laws (for example the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and DMCA §1201, and the EU Computer Programs and Information Society Directives as implemented in national law). We treat any such activity as unlawful and reserve all rights and remedies, including civil claims and referral to law enforcement. Where a narrow, non-waivable interoperability right applies under mandatory law, you must first send us a written request and give us a reasonable opportunity to supply the needed information; self-help reverse engineering is not permitted while that route is available.

We run server-side validation, anti-cheat, and anti-tamper protection. Runs that fail validation may be unranked or rejected; accounts that cheat or tamper may be flagged, have scores removed, or be banned (which may extend to the device and network connection, and to attempts to evade it). The server's computed result is authoritative. If you believe a ban was a mistake, you may submit a ban appeal at rpgaimgame.com/appeal; we review appeals at our discretion and our decision is final.

Section 4

Conduct, names & uploaded content

Your username, display name, and any image you upload (such as a profile picture) must not be hateful, harassing, sexual or pornographic, violent, impersonating, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise illegal. You keep ownership of images you upload, but you grant us a licence to store, process, resize, and display them in the Game (for example next to your name or on leaderboards) and to scan and retain them for moderation and safety purposes.

We use automated content scanning (including an NSFW image classifier) together with manual review, and we may reject, blur, remove, or replace any name or image, with or without notice. Repeated or serious violations — including attempts to upload prohibited images — may result in loss of upload or naming privileges (a profile-picture ban), account restrictions, or a full ban under Section 3. Uploading sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content, will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 5

Authorized security testing

A separate authorized security challenge may be offered against a dedicated test environment. Only the explicitly invited scope may be tested. You must not target real players' data, perform denial-of-service, mass-target, or attack systems outside scope. Report findings privately to Crin on Discord (ceviatacringe). Unauthorized access to production or other users' data is prohibited and may be unlawful.

Section 6

Intellectual property

The Game, its content, and assets are owned by the developer. These Terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to play. Replays you submit may be shown to other players (e.g. leaderboard "watch") and used for anti-cheat review.

Section 7

Disclaimers & liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data/progress (which may be reset in beta). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Section 8

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Section 9

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on rpgaimgame.com with a new date. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
